Our board room offering seating for up to twelve (12) guests offers a permanent board table, leather executive chairs, TV with VCR, free high-speed wireless internet access, cabinets and ample counter space and a cabinet with dry market board, small screen and peg boards.

Meeting Accommodations for Larger Groups:

If you need larger meeting facilities, we will be happy to coordinate a proposal for meeting and banquet facilities at the Knoxville Convention Center across the street and the UT Conference Center.  Depending on the number of guest rooms, packages may be offered including complimentary meeting room rental at these off-site facilities.

Weddings:

Due to our location in close proximity to downtown churches as well as popular reception venues including Lord Lyndsay Mansion, the Foundry, dlkjd, Club LeConte, dfkddf.  We have flexible wedding policies where the bride and groom are not required to guarantee a specific number of guest rooms.  We simply arrange a cut-off date (typically 3 weeks prior to your wedding date) and any rooms not reserved by your guests by this date will be released without penalty.  We even have complimentary pre-printed cards for your invitations or “save the date” mailing. Teams & Group Tours:

Although our garage does not accommodate buses due to the height restriction, we do have arrangements for complimentary motorcoach parking within walking distance.  Our close proximity to the University of Tennessee athletic fields makes our hotel a first choice for sports teams and spectators.  Group packages are available including breakfast, group room rates and special bus driver rates.
